Personal Coaching

I work with individuals who are ‘stuck’ in their career or current life situation, and help to give them the focus and motivation to move onwards.

You may have a goal for the future, or may just feel that you want something different but you’re not sure ‘what’. You are drifting a bit day to day and need someone to help to refocus you and get your motivation back! I’ll help you to discover your goal and create a plan to achieve it, with the confidence and motivation you need.

Coaching is conducted by telephone, Zoom, or face to face if you are within 15 miles of Oundle (Northamptonshire).

Coaching prices are as follows:

• 30 minute initial telephone consultation FREE
• Individual coaching session (60-90 minutes) from £80
• Package of 3 coaching sessions (60-90 minutes each) from £200
